JANS – Jackson Public Schools’ graduation ceremonies will be held Thursday, May 30 and Friday, May 31 at the Mississippi Coliseum, 1207 Mississippi Street, Jackson. Each commencement program will last approximately one hour with an hour allotted for attendees to exit and enter each ceremony.
Thursday, May 30
Murrah High School, 1:30–3 p.m.
Provine High School, 4–5 p.m.
Jim Hill High School, 6–7 p.m.
Friday, May 31
Callaway High School, 12:30–1:30 p.m.
Forest Hill High School, 2:30–3:30 p.m.
Wingfield High School, 4:30–5:30 p.m.
Lanier High School, 6:30–7:30 p.m.
The Mississippi Coliseum requires only clear bags to be allowed when entering the building. Additionally, each guest will be required to enter through a metal detector. No balloons, signs, or noisemakers will be allowed during JPS graduation ceremonies.
The graduation ceremonies will be livestreamed on the Jackson Public Schools YouTube channel.
