JPS launches 34th Annual Summer Food Service Program
JANS – The Child Nutrition Department of Jackson Public Schools’ 34th annual Summer Food Service Program will provide free, nutritious meals to children throughout the community during the summer months.
Breakfast and lunch will be served Monday through Friday, June 1 through June 30, 2026, at multiple school sites across the district. The program is open to all children 18 years of age and younger. Please note that meals must be consumed on-site, and no meals will be served on Friday, June 19, 2026, in observance of Juneteenth.
Meal Service Times:
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Lunch: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
