Welcome to June – a month radiating sunshine, self-care, and fresh strawberries! That’s right, strawberry season is officially here, and these red beauties are more than a simple snack. They’re a sweet step towards better health and wellness. 

Strawberries are packed with vitamin C, antioxidants, and natural anti-inflammatory properties helping  boost immunity, support glowing skin, and heart health. Known for their sweetness and bright red color, this fruit is often associated with love, purity, and passion.

This month, be intentional about including strawberries with your morning fruit. Try making a spa beverage by adding them to your water, and let’s not forget how amazing they are by themselves!
