This past weekend, we hosted an Open House right here in the city. Despite the cold weather and light rain, the event flowed beautifully and the community showed up. What made it especially meaningful was the collaboration between women of all ages and walks of life.

Guests toured the space as we shared the wide range of wellness experiences and offerings to come. Many shared their ideas for hosting their next intentional gathering, and it was exciting to hear the thoughtful details of what they envision bringing to life here.

With Massage Therapy at the forefront of our offerings, every guest received two restorative gifts: complimentary chair massages and sound therapy. Guests raved about Michael’s professionalism and healing touch. A line formed quickly while others relaxed on the deck, listening to soothing frequencies and gentle vibrations, fully present with the energy of Sound Therapist Juacclyn Nikol.

Introducing these therapeutic practices to the community was our first priority. This was not simply an Open House, but a true Self-Care Sunday experience, demonstrating how both sound and touch support the body’s natural healing processes. Therapeutic touch enhances circulation, lymphatic flow, and parasympathetic activation, which are associated with tissue repair and reduced inflammation. Similarly, specific sound frequencies encourage deep relaxation and gentle vibrational stimulation that can support cellular balance and overall well-being. As research continues to evolve, many people report measurable benefits including reduced stress, improved recovery, and a stronger mind–body connection.

The impact of the day was felt immediately. One guest arrived early to engage with us and enjoyed both a massage and a one-on-one sound session. Hours later, she returned with her husband to share the experience. That moment alone made us all smile! She later shared this heartfelt review:

“OMG… love, love, love! This is such a tranquil space with plenty of nature. Alisha is a great host as well – very welcoming and knowledgeable about everything that is offered.” – Levada Washington of Jackson, MS.

Moments like this affirm that the vision is being felt, not just seen.
