Ms. Lucinda Bell is the longest living resident of Liberty Street in Jackson, Mississippi. She turned 96-years-old on Sunday, July 18, 2021, where a parade of family and friends showered her. She celebrated her birthday and received a proclamation from Councilman Kenneth Stokes’ office. (Photos by Anita Young Photography)
