I appreciate his leadership on the campaign and his work to put together a great staff. We have a good team, and Cathy’s addition makes it even stronger.”

“I want to thank Mayor Horhn for the opportunity to serve and for his trust in me during this transition,” Bozeman said. “We’ve brought together a strong, capable team that’s committed to supporting Mayor Horhn and moving Jackson forward.”

“A Chief of Staff should build trust, encourage accountability, and help people grow,” Northington said. “My leadership experiences have equipped me to serve effectively in this role, supporting Mayor Horhn and the work of his Administration. I’m excited to get to work.”
