JXN Water Quarterly Meeting to Be Held at Jackson Medical Mall on November 1
JACKSON, Miss. — October 31, 2025 — JXN Water will hold its next Quarterly Community Meeting on Saturday, November 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Jackson Medical Mall, Suite 499, located off Center Stage across from Ambulatory Services.
For the first time, the quarterly meeting will take place at JXN Water’s new Appointment Center, a space created to provide deeper support for customers navigating complex account issues. While the center is open temporarily, it offers an additional way for customers to connect with staff when more time and attention are desired. Appointments can be requested online at JXNWater.com/StayCurrent or through the JXN Water Call Center.
JXN Water Quarterly Meeting invites residents to learn more about water system progress, meet the JXN Water team and contracting partners, and get answers to common questions in an open house setting. It’s one of several ongoing efforts to make the utility more accessible and transparent. The latest quarterly report can be found on www.jxnwater.com.
“Nearly three years ago, JXN Water was created to stabilize a system in crisis,” said Ted Henifin, Interim Third-Party Manager. “Now, we’re focused on the long-term quality of both the water and the customer experience. Events like this help us stay grounded in the community as we move forward.”

The new appointment center is part of that evolution, creating intentional connection points where residents can ask questions and access help when they need it most. This temporary appointment center at the Medical Mall underscores JXN Water’s commitment to being grounded in the community, accessible, and focused on building trust one interaction at a time.
