Judge Clyde Chapman celebrates 70th birthday

Family and friends came out to celebrate the 70th birthday of retired Judge Clyde Chapman on the rooftop of the Faulkner on Monday. The event was thrown by his wife and Executive Director of the Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Center, Dr. Jasmin Chapman.
