Hope Enterprise Corporation Taps Christina Alexis to Lead Growth and Impact

Alexis brings expertise in building alliances and expanding economic opportunity in historically underinvested communities.

JACKSON, Miss. – September 8, 2026 – Hope Enterprise Corporation has named Christina Alexis senior vice president of growth and impact, effective Aug. 31. In this role, Alexis will lead the investor relations team and build relationships with foundations, corporations and other investors whose support helps HOPE bring financial services, financing and economic opportunity to communities across its six-state footprint of Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.

Alexis is a strategic executive with a proven track record in community development, fundraising and cross-sector partnerships. Her work has focused on mobilizing capital, building strategic partnerships and strengthening institutions and communities that have historically experienced underinvestment.

Before joining HOPE, Alexis led the Reinvestment Fund’s HBCU Brilliance Initiative, connecting historically Black colleges and universities with capital, grants, technical assistance and capacity-building resources. She previously served as vice president of institutional advancement at the

Interdenominational Theological Center, held leadership roles at Kennesaw State University and was executive director of a historic settlement house serving a disinvested community in Massachusetts.

Throughout her career, Alexis has brought together philanthropy, financial institutions, corporations, government and community partners around a deeply held belief that access to capital is a powerful catalyst for shared prosperity.
