GALLERY – the Mississippi State Department of Health hosted its 3rd Annual State Employee Expo at the Mississippi Trade Mart in Jackson

On Sept. 23rd, the Mississippi State Department of Health hosted its 3rd Annual State Employee Expo at the Mississippi Trade Mart in Jackson. The free event provided state employees with access to health screenings, information about employee benefits and resources focused on healthy living and wellness. Attendees could receive screenings for cancer, oral health, glucose, blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol. The expo also featured information on insurance and PERS benefits, exercise and wellness resources, and free vaccines for flu, Tdap and HPV.
