GALLERY – M2Go officially opened its doors at Jackson State University
On Oct. 7th, M2Go officially opened its doors at Jackson State University. The university celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting of M2Go, a modern fast-casual restaurant concept founded by Jackson native and JSU Athletics Hall of Fame basketball player Richard Bradley. The restaurant was developed to bring together food, culture, community and innovation, with a menu featuring items such as catfish, pan trout, wings, burgers, fried broccoli and more. The grand opening and ribbon cutting took place at Heritage Dining Hall on the JSU campus. The restaurant officially opened for business at 2 p.m. The event featured JSU President Denise Jones Gregory, Ph.D., M2Go owner Richard Bradley and SodexoMagic General Manager Daphne Miles.
