On Jul. 27th, Jackson Public Schools officially celebrated the opening of the newly renovated Brinkley Middle School with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The campus, formerly known as Powell Middle School, now features modernized classrooms and enhanced learning resources designed to support student achievement and success. District leaders, educators, families, community partners and local officials gathered to commemorate the milestone and highlight JPS’ continued investment in providing safe, high quality learning environments for scholars.
