The Cadet of the Year program recognizes outstanding 11th grade JROTC cadets from each of the district’s six high schools. Each school selects its top cadet, who then advances to compete for the title of JPS Overall Most Outstanding Cadet. The program highlights excellence in leadership, scholarship, and service.
