Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 28th day of October by the Chancery Court of Hinds County, Mississippi in the Cause No. P2026-314 H/3 to the undersigned of the Ernestine Taylor, deceased, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against the estate of the deceased to present the same to the Clerk of the said Court of probate and registration, according to law, within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this Notice; and failure to probate and register any such claim within said ninety (90) day period will forever bar the same.
